Purpose
IPAB was founded for the purpose to perform FSMC inspection, free of FSMC certificate issuance as well as monitoring and control of Flighted Spongy Moth Complex(FSMC) for ships departing for North American countries (such as USA, Canada), Chile, New Zealand as required by NAPPO (North American Plant Protection Organization), In order to support the national export industry and to successfully carry out plant quarantine services commissioned by Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (QIA) such as pest monitoring and control of harbor areas and inspection of overseas plant cultivation areas.
